You could go cheap with bikes and equipment but you will end up regretting it. You’re better off using the professionals as Ajs have always been great with the service they offer and are very knowledgeable and helpful when I’ve needed advice on any purchase and have backed that up with great customer service when something has gone wrong. Plus supporting your independents is what we all need to do.

Everything, your prices are fantastic and good quality products! The staff are very well clued up and extremely helpful with all your needs! I got served by a gentleman called Paul. He was absolutely superb and kept in contact with me whilst I had to wait to get the funds to buy my bike outright. He kept me updated with absolutely everything and was absolutely super! I brought a trek Roscoe 7 and it is an absolute beat of a bike!

Great customer service will be using them again and would highly recommend. Initially purchased bike via Halfords who also put the bike together and unknown to myself the forks were put on the wrong way. This was corrected by AJ cycles in rushden and they even adjusted a few things that were not correct.

Great store, very well presented and stocked. All staff are friendly and helpful with knowledge of all products. Purchased 3 bikes over the last 12 moths from this store for family members, have no issues with travelling the 30miles from our home to use them

Great service from AJ Cycles, a localbike shop with good old fashined face to face customer service. My Trek Crockett 2020 was built quite quickly (even during lockdown and the increased demand for bikes), was available for me to test and try out for size before purchasing
